What is Contingency Recruiting?
Contingency recruiting is a pay-for-performance hiring model. That means you only pay a fee if and when we successfully place a candidate with your organization. It’s a great option for companies that prefer to keep upfront costs low while accessing top-tier talent through expert-led search.
How It Works
Discovery: We begin with a quick intake to align on your hiring needs, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profile.
Search: Our team activates targeted sourcing strategies to identify, vet, and engage top candidates—delivering a curated shortlist for your review.
Support: From interview coordination to offer negotiation, we provide white-glove support throughout the process.
Hire: You only pay a fee if a candidate we introduce is hired.
Fees
Our contingency placement fee ranges from 20% to 30% of the candidate’s first-year base salary, depending on the complexity and seniority of the role. We’ll align on the rate up front, so there are no surprises.
Standard Roles: 20%
Specialized, hard-to-fill, or leadership roles: 25–30%
