Angela Farkas founded Amarina Search Partners to bring a more thoughtful, people-first approach to recruiting and talent solutions. She spent over 15 years working in HR and recruiting across financial services and consulting, partnering closely with investment firms and professional services organizations to build strong, effective teams.
Throughout her career, Angela has supported hiring across office support, HR, investment, and accounting functions, with experience spanning executive search, early-career and campus programs, and day-to-day HR operations. Her background allows her to understand both the business needs of her clients and the impact hiring decisions have on people and organizations.
Angela has led full-cycle recruiting efforts, developed onboarding and retention programs, supported workforce planning, and guided teams through difficult transitions with care and professionalism. She is known for being practical, collaborative, and deeply invested in long-term outcomes.
She launched Amarina to offer flexible, values-driven recruiting support that feels personal, strategic, and grounded in purpose. The firm is named in honor of her late daughter and reflects Angela’s belief that meaningful work starts with treating people well.
Originally from New York, Angela now lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, traveling, mentoring aspiring HR and recruiting professionals, and spending time with family.

Neha Shishodia is a Technical IT Recruiter of the Engineering Division at Amarina Search Partners. She brings over 8 years of progressive experience in software development, quality analysis, and IT project delivery. She has led agile teams in transforming legacy applications to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and specializes in data and business process analysis with advanced visualization (Power BI).
Neha is a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) with specialized training in Scaled Agile practices, and she has managed cross-functional, globally distributed teams to ensure project execution aligns with business objectives. She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and effective communication across Agile teams, delivering strategic Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that enhance software quality and business value.
Neha has worked across finance and technology sectors, including international payments, core banking systems, tax systems, and CRM applications.
Neha joined Amarina as a recruiter to deliver strategic, client-focused hiring support, partnering with organizations to identify top talent, assess technical expertise, and ensure the right fit that drives high performing teams and lasting results.
Based in Princeton, New Jersey, she holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from ABES Engineering College and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications from Shiva Institute of Management Studies.
