Angela Farkas launched Amarina Search Partners to redefine recruitment through meaningful partnerships and people-first service. With over 15 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and talent strategy, she’s helped companies across industries build strong teams through intentional hiring, early-career programs, and compassionate offboarding.

Angela created Amarina to do things differently — to offer flexible, values-driven support that’s personal, strategic, and grounded in purpose. Named in honor of her late daughter, the firm reflects her belief that work should be impactful and human.

Her commitment to opening doors for others is also deeply personal. As the daughter of deaf parents and a fluent ASL speaker — and as a mother to children with muscular dystrophy — Angela is passionate about creating real opportunities for people with disabilities and those too often overlooked in the hiring process.

Originally from New York, she now lives in Nashville with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
