  • Angela Farkas launched Amarina Search Partners to redefine people solutions through meaningful partnerships and a people-first approach. With over 15 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and talent strategy, she has helped companies across industries attract, retain, and develop top talent. Her expertise spans executive recruiting, early-career programs, campus hiring, and HR operations, giving her a unique perspective on building high-performing teams.

    Throughout her career, Angela has partnered with organizations to design and implement talent strategies that balance business goals with employee experience. She has led full-cycle recruiting, created onboarding and retention programs, and supported workforce planning and compassionate offboarding.

    Angela founded Amarina to offer flexible, values-driven support that is personal, strategic, and grounded in purpose. Named in honor of her late daughter, the firm reflects her belief that work should be impactful and human.

    Originally from New York, she now lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, mentoring aspiring HR and recruiting professionals, and spending time with family.

  • Neha Shishodia is a Technical IT Recruiter of the Engineering Division at Amarina Search Partners. She brings over 8 years of progressive experience in software development, quality analysis, and IT project delivery. She has led agile teams in transforming legacy applications to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and specializes in data and business process analysis with advanced visualization (Power BI).

    Neha is a Certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) with specialized training in Scaled Agile practices, and she has managed cross-functional, globally distributed teams to ensure project execution aligns with business objectives. She is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and effective communication across Agile teams, delivering strategic Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that enhance software quality and business value.

    Neha has worked across finance and technology sectors, including international payments, core banking systems, tax systems, and CRM applications.

    Neha joined Amarina as a recruiter to deliver strategic, client-focused hiring support, partnering with organizations to identify top talent, assess technical expertise, and ensure the right fit that drives high performing teams and lasting results.

    Based in Princeton, New Jersey, she holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from ABES Engineering College and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications from Shiva Institute of Management Studies.
